Chiquita Banana Strain

Chiquita Banana strain, also referred to as C. Banana, bred by Utopia Farms in Santa Cruz, California, is a reported cross of OG Kush and Utopia’s own Banana strain.

Utopia Farms originally called the strain Banana OG, but after poor sales, renamed it Chiquita Banana and soon after established itself as one of the most potent strains in California.

This hybrid strain is reported to grow tall and produce large, moderately dense, golden trichome-frosted buds with red stigma hairs in a 63-day flowering period.

It’s responsive to both indoor and outdoor grows, as well as a hot, humid climate. C. Banana is a highly potent strain that has tested as high as 35% THC, according to Utopia Farms.

Test results from SC Labs have shown that C. Banana contains a terpene profile that includes, myrcene, and caryophyllene, giving off a peppery and tropical aroma.

The strain won third place in the Hybrid category at the 2015 High Times Cannabis Cup.

Chiquita Banana strain has lifting properties and can also temporarily relieve the symptoms of stress, depression, and anxiety and can be an analgesic for deep seated aches and pains. As well as temporary injuries and inflammations.

Hybrid 50% Sativa /50% Indica

THC: 33% – 34%

Chiquita Banana is an evenly balanced hybrid (50% indica/50% sativa) strain created through crossing the delicious OG Kush X Banana strains.

No bud can really taste like bananas, right? Wrong – this tasty bud earns its name with each delicious inhale and intoxicating exhale. Chiquita Banana actually tastes like fresh bananas with a sugary sweet lemony exhale.

The smell is more citrus and tropical than banana-y with just a kiss of earthiness. Don’t let the taste trick you into using more than you should – with an average THC level of 33%, this mouthwatering bud is not to be underestimated.

The high is a creeper, sneaking up on you several minutes after you toke and completely taking hold in one swoop.

You’ll almost instantly feel insanely euphoric, so much so that you’ll fall into crazed fits of giggles about almost anything. Even with this giddy effect, your body will be anchored to the real world with a relaxing body high that’s very mild in nature.

With these hard-hitting effects, Chiquita Banana strain is suggested for experienced users who suffer from condition such as cramps, chronic pain, depression, and insomnia.

This bud has small tight pebble-shaped forest green nugs with dark leaves and bright orange hairs.

Chiquita Banana (AKA: C. Banana) by Good Flower is a Indica containing 24% THC. The buds are parakeet green with a few thin pale brown pistils & golden sandy trichomes. Fruity, citrus, tropical, & banana is the smell & taste. Potential effects are happiness, uplifting, energizing, then relaxation & sleepiness. Good Flower is grown by the California sun in greenhouses. Company got their name right as the bud is good not great. The buds don’t look, smell, or taste the best (not bad mind you) but, they do get me high at a great price. I get a good bang for my buck with Good Flower. Stay Elevated!!

Extremely potent strain, it is a creeper, and not for a novice. After the third toke I could barely move. I was pretty alert but I just didn’t want to move lol. It did had the banana taste. Overall I loved it. I really recommend it to anyone.
